Dr. Engineer Mamunur Rashid Science and Technology Institute Attains Approval for 4-Year Diploma Engineering Programs

In a momentous achievement, the Dr. Engineer Mamunur Rashid Science and Technology Institute, nestled in Krishnanagar, Kalyanihat, Birganj, Dinajpur, proudly announces its success in obtaining approval from the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) to initiate comprehensive 4-Year Diploma Engineering Programs. The institute’s relentless dedication, under the guidance of its visionary leadership, culminated in the successful completion of the final inspection by the BTEB on December 22, 2023.
The institute embarked on this transformative journey on January 20, 2018, with the establishment of its 1st committee. On March 20, 2018, a formal application was submitted to the BTEB, seeking primary permission for establishment. The meticulous review process led to the issuance of the 1st acknowledgment letter by the BTEB on September 30, 2018. Demonstrating unwavering commitment, the institute diligently worked towards meeting and exceeding the required standards. The culmination of these efforts was marked by the presentation of the submission inspection report to the BTEB on November 15, 2018.
We take immense pride in announcing that the Bangladesh Technical Education Board, through its Specialist in Learning Materials Development, Md. Abdulla Al Mabud, officially granted permission for the commencement of 4-Year Diploma Engineering Programs on May 2, 2019. This approval stands as a testament to the dedication exhibited by the institute’s leadership, faculty, and staff in ensuring the highest standards of education.
The pivotal final inspection on December 22, 2023, was conducted by Md. Abdul Wadud Mondal, the esteemed Principal of Dinajpur Polytechnic Institute. His role was instrumental in evaluating and validating the institute’s preparedness to offer diploma programs in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) technology and Electrical Engineering technology.
